Nothing appears on the monitor

  • Move the mouse or keyboard and check whether the monitor turns on.
  • Check whether the analysis device is powered on.

When the analysis device is off

  • If the analysis device is off, fully disconnect every connection point of the power cable and plug it back in.

When the analysis device is on

  • If the analysis device is on but nothing appears on the monitor, disconnect every cable connecting the monitor and the analysis device, then reconnect them.
  • If the monitor still does not respond, fully disconnect every connection point of the analysis device’s power cable, reconnect it, and check the status.
  • The issue may be with the monitor or the connected cable, so try a different monitor and cable.
  • If the monitor still does not respond after switching the monitor and HDMI cable, please contact the Deeping Source technical team.
