Stream issues

The analysis device is not properly receiving the stream it needs to analyze.
From the CCTV monitor or a mobile remote viewer app, check whether every camera is working normally.
If a camera shows no image, the problem is with the camera itself and the CCTV vendor needs to take action.

When every view appears normally on the CCTV monitor or the mobile remote viewer app

If the LAN port of the analysis device connected to the LAN cable, or the USB wired LAN adapter, shows no light, disconnect the LAN cable and the USB wired LAN adapter, then reconnect them.
If the LAN cable is connected properly, fully disconnect the analysis device’s power cable and reconnect it.
If the stream problem continues after the analysis device reboots, please contact the Deeping Source technical team.

If it is hard to tell whether the camera currently has a problem, inspect the connection between the analysis device and the camera.
If the LAN port of the analysis device connected to the LAN cable, or the USB wired LAN adapter, shows no light, disconnect the LAN cable and the USB wired LAN adapter, then reconnect them.
If the stream problem is not resolved even after reconfirming the LAN cable contact through the steps above, you first need to check whether the camera is operating normally.

Check that the camera is operating normally.
Inspect the connection running from the analysis device to the camera.
For cameras connected through a router or VPN, the problem may be with the upstream equipment, so check whether the other devices and PCs connected to that upstream equipment are fine.
If you can still reach the camera’s admin page (enter the camera IP in the browser address bar) or a ping test passes, there is a good chance only the camera’s streaming function has stopped. Rebooting the camera usually resolves this, but it must not be done during business hours.
The LAN cable or the USB wired LAN adapter may need to be replaced.
