Line Config

What it does

• Draw a virtual line wherever you want inside the store, and the system automatically counts and analyzes the customers who cross it.
• Combined with gender and age estimation and zone-by-zone inflow comparison, you can capture customer behavior in detail.

1. Open the Line Config screen

① Click the Settings button at the bottom-left of the screen

Click the Settings button at the bottom-left of the screen to go to the Settings page.

② Click Line Config in the left-hand menu

In the left-hand menu of the Settings page, click the Line Config button to open the Line Config screen.

2. Create a line

The + Add Line button at the bottom of the Line Config screen

Click the [+ Add Line] button at the bottom of the Line Config screen to create a new line.

3. Draw the line

The active line is highlighted in blue, with square handles at each end for adjusting position, length, and angle

Drag the line to the location you want to analyze and adjust its length and angle to draw the line.

Tip

• The active line is highlighted in blue, and square handles appear at both ends.
• Use the square handles at each end to adjust position, length, and angle.

Line direction

Adjust the central arrow (◀) on the line to match the direction in which customers enter. (If customers enter in the ← direction, point the central arrow ◀.)

Note

If you also need to analyze customers leaving the store, contact the product team to update your configuration.

4. Confirm the line

Enter a line name and mark it as an entrance if needed

• Once the line position is final, enter a line name.
• To designate the line as an entrance, tick the checkbox.
• To delete a line you’ve drawn, click the X button.

Tip

Reordering rows in the second column (Order) of the table changes the order in which data is displayed.

Click Save to confirm the line settings

Click the Save button at the top right to confirm the lines.

Caution

Saving requires at least one line marked as an entrance.
